The staff provided excellent town information. breakfast featured high-quality options. I especially liked the croissants and bacon. the hotel also provided a convenient shuttle to the town centre. It helped avoid longer walks.
sound insulation was not good. i could hear hallway noises and conversations. it did affect sleep quality.

I found the staff super friendly. they provided many suggestions for shops and local attractions. they also communicated well via whatsapp throughout my stay. I appreciated this. there was a free shuttle service to take you into town and to the beach. we could use the bicycles for free. It was very useful.
The soundproofing could be improved. I noticed some noise from the hallway.

poor soundproofingchaotic breakfast
The soundproofing was terrible. i could hear everything from the hallway, including staff conversations and trolley noises. the thin walls meant i also heard my neighbors talking. It was quite annoying. i also noticed the breakfast service seemed chaotic. Items were slow to be replaced and it reminded me of service was ending early, even though it wasn't that late.

I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. they efficiently arranged a taxi pick-up from the airport for me. i also purchased tickets for various shows and day trips through the hotel. This was very convenient. i also needed to send some luggage home, and the staff expertly coordinated everything with a trustworthy vendor.
The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear noise from the hallway.

free bikespoor soundproofingweak air conditioning
the hotel provided free bikes for exploring the surrounding area it was a nice touch.
the soundproofing was definitely an issue i could hear everything from the hallway cleaning staff were very noisy early in the morning this made sleeping difficult the air conditioning in the room was also quite weak it struggled to keep the room cool enough during the day.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! They included both Asian and European options. Staff provided helpful information regarding local restaurants. A shuttle to the town center was available. This was useful.
The soundproofing was not optimal. Noise from the hallway was audible at times.
